About PhaseFive Software R&D

PhaseFive Software R&D was initially created in 2000 as the R&D department of PhaseFive AG, an innovative Dusseldorf-headquartered software development vendor, dedicated to the development of fully convergent CRM & Billing (BSS) solutions for the TELECOM providers of all sizes.

The idea behind creating PhaseFive AG was filling the dearth of truly convergent and affordable BSS solutions, capable of enabling small and medium-sized German TELECOM carriers to compete successfully on both the domestic market and internationally. Within just three years since the release of the first version of Phoenix-V, the company's acclaimed flagship product, the system became quite popular on the German TELECOM market.

Currently, we pride ourselves of an impressive array of industry-leading customers, whose loyalty and cooperation during these years have helped us create an even better product and contributed massively to the system's present-day success.

In June, 2010, as a result of a management buyout, the R&D department of PhaseFive AG became a separate, wholly Ukrainian-owned entity.

PhaseFive Software R&D is based in Kharkov, Ukraine, one of Eastern Europe's most preferred offshore software development hubs centers.
